📘 1. Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads, Templates)
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered.
- We do not offer refunds for digital goods unless the file is corrupted or unusable.
- If you experience issues with your download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance at support@smartmoneymoves.co.uk.
Note: Duplicate purchases made in error may be refunded at our discretion if reported within 3 days of the transaction.
📦 2. Physical Books (if sold directly)
If you receive a damaged or defective copy of a physical book purchased through this website, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product arrived damaged or misprinted
- You received the wrong item
Conditions:
- The book must be in unused, original condition
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the error is ours
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund
We do not accept returns for reasons such as buyer’s remorse or minor cosmetic imperfections.

We do not offer exchanges for digital products. For physical products, exchanges are only offered if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.
